Hi. I just read your post looking for a language partner. My mom is looking for a language buddy to practice her English. She's a happily married (to my dad, no less!) retired college teacher. We lived some years in the mid-west while my parents did post-graduate studies. Her spoken English is getting rusty from lack of use.

Would you be interested in a Finca in Pereira(Dosquebradas)?
Large enough for your living and an English School.
You can kill two birds with one stone. (Living space and school in one rental).
You could offer your students more. Has pool and games room also.
