There are numerous forums here for other places that virtually nobody seems to care about, but Panamá shares a border, a heritage, and the FARC with Colombia (as well as David Murcia Gúzman). And, there are numerous people posting here from Panamá, plus many Colombians living here, but no forum.
WTF?
"Hi all,
welcome to the new Vietnam forum!
By Peter (Moderator) (Trustee board) (Dev team) on Sep 12, 2008, 04:37 in Vietnam"
Since then there have been 5 posts, including 3 from Peter, and one from Atlas Corps, who seems to post on every PBH forum.

babygirl says on May 7, 2009, 18:38: Vietnam...It probably has to do with places he's traveled and what there might be a need for online. He might even be trying to broaden the horizons of the site? Identify and focus on your market..hmm.... well he's got the Colombia market I'd say so I would hazard another guess that he's not targeting the Colombia posters with these other forums unless they're world travelers?
