What is the trick to uploading a photo for an icon????

What do you mean? Pick a photo that you like from your computer and upload it..you have to go to my account...there is a button that says picture..click.
After you will see a "browse" click that and pick that picture on your computer.
Onc ethe picture you selected is there click upload.
