Hey Billyb....I've been eating Lechon (that's how they spell it here) almost every day! They sometimes have it for breakfast and it's great! I have no problems eating stuff that stare back at me - shrimp with the heads on, whole fish.....

My brother and I used to fight over who gets to eat the fish eyes since I would like both if I could get away with it.

Houston, I used to work with a filipino and they used to make lechon for special occassions, love that stuff. Try those eggs i told you about, not the magenta ones either, jeje. has anybody here heard of balut(SP) eggs, that the filipinos love so much, they are birds eggs with the embroyo in them, sounds gross as hell to me, but i hear it is a fovorite street food over there, so we sent our intrepid foreign reporter, Houston Gal to investigate.
