Taking a little time off

I have been a member of PBH for some time now and for the most part have enjoyed being a part of PBH, making friends, reading what people have to say and posting my views.
Recently I have noticed several members leaving PBH and other members cutting back on their participation, I can see why they have chosen to do this.
For the most part this is a great board to be a part of but recently I have seen some things that bother me, such as favortism, people deleted for no good reason, people attacking other people, and basically just a feeling that the board is out of control.
Recently i have been attacked and the mods did nothing to stop it, which is ok, Im a big boy i can take care of myself.
Well anyway i dont want to make this a long post so im just gonna say this, i have decided to take some time off this board. Besides being a little burnt out on the attacks I am also having some health problems that need my full attention. Two years ago i almost died from esophagus cancer, after a horrible surgery i was lucky enough to be one of the few that survived this particular type of cancer.
Well anyway, lately i have not felt very well and the doctors are worried concerning the symptoms that i have, my throat has almost completely closed and i am unable to eat regular food at this time i am on soft foods and liquid diet, also i am having problems in my abdominal area with swelling and pain..
For the next several weeks i will be scheduled for many medical tests, so i thought i would just take some time off PBH. I dont know how long i will be gone but even when i come back i will cut back on my participation on PBH
