McCain's Handlers even turned on her (palin)when they found out the truth about her--Remember it was McCain's Crowd who coined the term the "Wasilla Hillbillies" for Palin and her family. They realized what a mistake McCain had made by mid Sept 2008 but it was too late. The RNC are marginilizing Palin this very moment and she will fade into obscurity in a year or so. They(RNC) wouldn't even let her speak at a Conservative Convention last week, opting to let Newt Gingrich take the Speaking Spotlight. They know Sarah and her shortcomings ! For your info--I voted Repub last Florida's Governor race and will Vote Republican for the Florida Senator's race so its hard to put someone into a specific Category simply by what they may write about Bush Cheney. To get an accurate picture of a Voter's total persuassion, look at WHO and WHAT Issues they supported over 30-40 years. That you have Not done.

I disagree with you. I worked at the VA Medical System from 1990-96 and again from 2001 so I can could see the actual shortcomings during both Presidencies. Staff funding on the Floors of the Miami VA and the St Peterburg Florida VA was much better under Clinton the GW Bush. It was pretty good under Bush One also, No complaints about Bush One--IMO, a real stand-up guy with a Lot of Class. I also saw the difference as a Veteran who also used(and still uses) the VA healthcare System. I have used VAs from New York to California and points in between for the last 39 years as Vet and also experienced them as a Employee( a staff healthcare employee, boots on the ground) and a Veteran since 1990. Bush tried to close the Erie, Pa VA Hospital in the fall of 2008, theone my Korean War Vet Borther in Law uses. The American Legion and VFW amongst others, fought Bush on this and Won so the Erie VA Remains open, no thanks to GW Bush. Bush said he was all for the Vets but by actions and lack of Under-funding the VA , you would never know this. His wanting to close this VA was but one example.
