I am getting all kinds of great feedback, despite the fact I still have lots of 'issues', like the power company STILL has not installed new cables from the street, so I have to turn off outdoor lights to run the air conditioning, or else we burn the old cables (done that twice already). And the elevator works but still is not finished inside...the roof terrace still lacks a jacuzzi..which will be absolutely perfect when I manage to get it up there...wine cellar lacks whatever tables and stools I am going to use.

On that subject, please don't write any fake reviews trying to help (or not!)..they do check out the reviews and confirm with me if they were guests or not.

thanks, I am feeling better about it every day, but I worry about not having everything working for the guests...most if not all are very understanding..so far.

And of course I am offering big enough discounts to compensate for the deficiencies, and I let them know that's the reason the prices are so reasonable.
