i went to nigeria to study the textiles of the hausa up in the north. i never got out of lagos. it was so fricken wretched and violent, i decided to say screw it and just left after a very short stay. it's totally tribally oriented and they'll whack each other's heads and limbs off over a squabble about nothing. if that isn't he butt hole of the planet, i don't know where is. i've been in some really bad places but that's the worse so far. buena ventura aint far off.
