Sept. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Liechtenstein's Prince Hans Adam II compared Germany to a ``Fourth Reich'' in a letter to Berlin's Jewish Museum.
``In the past 200 years we've already survived three German Reichs and I hope we'll survive yet a fourth,'' the prince wrote. He accused the principality's northern neighbor of flouting the principles of international law.
