The UK government has recently proposed the micro-chipping of new born babies. The chips will hold all medical, genetic and identification info. It will also be traceable via a central computer - so they know where you are at any given moment, plus where you´ve been.

This plan goes with the tracking devices proposed on private vehicles - which are supposed to be for the proposed tolls on motorways - but which can again be used to identify you, and find out your movements. Oh, and it records your speed, and what action you took just before an accident (braking, steering, swerving, skidding etc).
