I forgot to mention in my last post that although this is not science, we judge on the basis of physical appearance and/or substance. It's great to have both but that's not always the case . Hot looking people may have shitty personalities. Good looking or cute people may have great personalities. Handsome, well I think it has to do with genetics. For example, Sean Connery is handsome, and I can say that as a man (and Ancient Greek - Woo! Hoo!). That dude is handsome. I suspect women wouldn't think he's cute.

Sometimes, I believe, we have some control on our being good looking. Good looking to me means accentuating what you have by grooming, being in good physical shape, wearing the right type of clothes and color that match your complexion and body structure, etc. The smile is important too. Hot people don't have to do much. It's just natural. Anything looks good on them.

HG had "cute " right. It does have the "innocent" trait, but not just in looks, but also in personality. Young spirited and naïve. I thought that my wife was cute at first but then I found out she was way more than that. People can often be chameleons too.

Listen, when I lived in Venezuela, the age difference between men and women ranged from 5 years to 20 years - the man being senior. One would be hard pressed to find a couple around the same age. That was fine with me since I was in my mid-20s back then. I was going out with women younger, around my age and older. In the States, however, the age difference is looked as very odd. I know the whole reason why this is the case in South America, but I find that people in the United States are very uptight about age.

Cute: This is my type of guy. Someone who isnt too obvious, does not exude sex appeal at first sight, takes a bit to get used to look at. Just so you know this all started with my colleagues (all women) and I talking about the good looking guys in the cafeteria. The Spanish woman working with us asked what the difference was and the above definition was what we came up with. We are only referring to how we would describe various guys by looks alone. So if you saw a "hot" guy on the street, what would that look like?

Si no me creen, observen con cuidado a la "chica" que se va durmiendo contra la ventana que va a clase de 7 y se rasca con unas ganas¡. . .) y la florecita comprada en la calle con esa luca es la promesa que el amor no se va a acabar, pero que toca contar monedas y "charlarse" al conductor para que nos deje subir a los dos en "milqui".

Ive got the shirt dress in dark blue and wear it with a beige thick belt and boots...I love it, although I often have to walk a fair bit to get to lecture buildings and stuff so It does not feel nearly as comfy as when Im hanging around in jeans and trainers...As for the jumper dresses, I have not been able to find anything I like...I was shop hopping yesterday and I did not buy a thing...I was very disappointed!!!

yeah, I spent like a week trying to get a nice pair of simple yet nice boots... I was just checking River Island's website and stuff...they have very nice tops. Might go sometime next week...

I had an absolutely awful week. I have been trying to sort out everything I need to graduate and filling out forms, talking to advisor...its been exhausting. Luckily, I got everything sorted today, so it should be fine. Only thing is I have been obsessing about this in such an unhealthy way, that I have pretty much forgotten about my course work and I have midterms in two weeks...I have not done much since I started school, so Im panicking.

I hope you feel better, go grab a cup of chamomille and honey tea...it works wonders...cures everything!!!

Kat although it's good if you want a quick fix it's OK, but you're body needs carbs! I just try not to eat papa and arroz together etc, just one carb at a time.

I the detox is Syrup, Cayenne pepper and lemon (how they don't get an ulcer is beyond me!) to a litre of water and you drink about 3 litres a day, apparently you get spots and really bad breath (eeew!!!!) as your body is cleansed of all the impurities that build up.

It's way too hard for me, my friends have done it for up to 5 days before special occasions...
