help.. how do you say

What is the proper way to say "workflow diagram" in spanish? I need a diagram tha flowcharts my customer's process from end to end so I can tailor a solution.

Si todas las variantes que te dieron son correctas. Aunque a veces en computación y sobretodo en software/hardware, se suelen utilizar los términos en ingles. Si tenes que pedir un workflow, yo lo pediría así. A veces la traducción en vez de ayudar complica. Pero bueno si lo tenes que pedir en castellano, entonces yo solicitaria que te prepare un diseño o diagrama, tanto general como detallado, del flujo de trabajo.

Pueden haber muchas variantes, en ocasiones no solamente depende del país, sino del interlocutor y el momento :-), Esquema (msaucey) podría también acomodarse dentro de las traducciones.

Requiero de un diseño donde se refleje el esquema de implementación de nuestro software (aplicacion) con su hardware (dispositivo).
