As a Nats fan, I should be rooting for the phillies as they won our division, but I was hoping to see an all LA series played in warm weather.

The Game of the Year.
Tonight, Brians.
Cliff Lee vs. ajburnett.
Both, with incredible first games in the series.

hummmm.... what could happen tonight?
I'm sure the new york fans want the yankees winning at home, also.
But, ... they (we) also know better: shut it out tonight, at all costs, if possible!

sorry.

but, with Cliff Lee out there, I'd give the series a pretty good chance of goin_back to new york.
burnett was equally as incredible in game two, but.... he can also get blown out for an inning or two.

Should be a great game tonight!

The thing I liked about Mantle was that he said he tried to hit a home run every time he came to bat. Oh, yeah, those new guys Jeter and Rivera, and Rodriguez. Uhoh, more spelling challenges. and let's not forget Yogi Berra, the best name, and maybe funniest wise guy ever in baseball.
