I actually have a recognized and certified hole in one. Par three 111 yards with a 54 degree pitching wedge. The plaques are hanging in my man cave!

People in my club have been playing as much as fifty years without one. I started playing golf last year and in one year have made a hole in one on June 1, 2009!

It really is not fair but only a novice could do do something like that. I had no idea the significance of what I had done until my partners suggested I might want to save that particular golf ball. The whole country club golf staff was waiting at the ninth hold when I finished!

Now if I could only lower my score.
