The Jornal do Brasil reported last Saturday that Brazil achieved the theoretical modeling for an A-bomb based on a doctoral dissertation published in a book.

The International Atomic Agency is already asking the defense and exterior relations ministers about it. By it´s constitution, Brazil forbids Atomic weapons.

So, do you conspiracy believers think that the reason for the bases and the reiterative demand of Brazil to Colombia to put in writting that the US operations will stay within borders has to do anything with this supposed new acquired knowledge?
