Darloup (☼Travelguide writer) says on Jun 14, 2009, 16:36: It's always dodgy to discuss religions on ANY forum... Better to have tried and failed than having regrets all your life about what you MIGHT have missed 1 funny, 0 helpful. |

quantum says on Jun 14, 2009, 20:36: Probably no more incendiary subject on earth. Worse than politics, the economy, gay rights, etc........but if were gonna get into it, then lets do it.....How many of u really know the roots of the modern state of Israel? How many of u understand that only about 10% of the Jewish population have semitic roots. Who runs the state of modern Israel? I tell u, its certainly not the semitic Jews. They are the ones doing the dirty work, the jobs that the European causasian jews dont want to do. An American Jewish professor from Colombia University, (I believe) wrote a well researched article about who theze people are (his own) and what their origins are. And believe me, they are not in Israel......The modern state of Israel is the third largest arms producer in the world, and nuclear armed to the teeth. And Golda Meir, some years ago,was quoted as saying, "We would sacrifice the entire world to save Israel"......And this is how they THINK! How many of u know about the U.S.S. Liberty attack in 1967? A blatant, merciless attack on an American communications ship that almost succeeded. Kept quiet for so many years, and now just finally getting the attention it deserves. They really believe they pull the strings on American govt. (and maybe they do). But personally, acknowledging the educated and secular community of Israel and their fair mindedness, they are not the ones running the show. And the Zionists who are running the show will stop at nothing to achieve their single minded objective. Will I be going to any Christians United for Israel meetings? I think not.......enuff already! quantum 2 funny, 0 helpful. |

Chriscan (☼Travelguide writer) says on Jun 15, 2009, 01:53: It's a sad situation over there. I wish they could just get along. It's just going to continue. Both sides of the wall are wrong. Israel kills way to many civilians but if the Palestinians were the ones with the bigger guns, I don't think that they would hesitate to come as close to genocide (without the money being cut off) as they could. Beam me up Scotty; No intelligent life here. 1 funny, 2 helpful. |

Monpirri says on Jun 15, 2009, 02:12: I support the state of Israel and the Jewish people! "Anyone who still thinks that Colombia is not a gastronomical paradise needs to have their head examined." Darloup 2 funny, 3 helpful. |

quantum says on Jun 15, 2009, 06:26: Monpirri says, "I support the state of Israel and the Jewish people." Fine Monpirri, but what would u propose for the rightful historical residents of this very limited slice of real estate? They currently live in the worlds largest concentration camp, deprived of basic needs.......now, how humane is that? I think the State of Israel has shown its colors all too often. quantum 3 funny, 1 helpful. |

ColombianoGringo (Moderator) (Trustee board) (☼Travelguide writer) says on Jun 15, 2009, 08:20: Which of the comments in this topic are anti-semitic?. Crying "anti-semitism" anytime someone levels the slightest criticism against Israel is ignorant at best. I'm so hip, I have difficulty seeing over my pelvis. 1 funny, 2 helpful. |
|
kalder says on Jun 15, 2009, 09:10: Antisemitism is very fashionable in Britain's liberal/progressive elites. But those anti-nation, anti-family, anti-liberty claques are not representative of the ordinary British people. "A piece of cheese may entrap a mouse, but a bicycle could ensnare the Imperial Chancellor."~~An Bai Kuang 2 funny, 2 helpful. |

kalder says on Jun 15, 2009, 09:40: For the record, I'm not in the least bit interested in any censorship or anyone being sanctioned. Personally, I think it's no bad thing that the haters can air their views: It affords their opponents an opportunity to defy and confound them. "A piece of cheese may entrap a mouse, but a bicycle could ensnare the Imperial Chancellor."~~An Bai Kuang 1 funny, 2 helpful. |

Rocco81 says on Jun 15, 2009, 22:11: Pinche Colombiano no truer words have been spoken here about the conflict in recent years in that part of the world...its puzzling that we Denied aid to a Christian Nation and helped out the roaming terrorists Muslims...why do we not get credit for that from the Muslim world? tasco66 says on Jun 16, 2009, 04:30: “Why the United states backed the kosivars during both Clinton and G.W. bush's terms is puzzling. We help put a bunch of muslim terrorists into a region that has a ton of coal and resources in it, we expelled a people whom saved hundreds of allied airmen during the second war and we screwed the serbs. We believed a phony accusation of genocide by the musilms, claiming that 200,000 muslims were massacred by serb forces, when the actual UN number was about 1,200, and when 2,000-3,000 serbs were kille dby muslims in the region during that” The trouble with free elections is, you never know who is going to win (Leonid Brezhnev) 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

dwmte7 says on Jun 16, 2009, 05:43: you guys are hacking at each other over the body count of millions who died at the hands of ruthless murdering sots. what ever name you give it. it's a horror. and as i'm seeing the world today, it hasn't stopped. right now it appears that africa is the bloodletting capitol of the world.....no body seems to be doing anything to stop it. it was the same in europe, russia, china, central asia. seems like no body cries until there's no more blood to let. pity patriarch 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

Rocco81 says on Jun 16, 2009, 08:22: Oh yeah, why do you never hear about the strong Jewish influence in the Confederate States of American during the Civil War? I thought it was very interesting to learn the number of high ranking officials in the South that were Jewish. This is not an attack, just a question more or less. I was very surprised to read about that myself, but last time I was in Richmond VA I was visiting some monuments and learned quite a bit about the past of the Confederacy.
