I can't recall another miscalaculated implosion such as this one!


"Gables Mayor Donald Slesnick, who came to the morning implosion with his wife, said before the first implosion that the development was good for the community since it was actually making progress, and that safety was a concern.

After the implosion, he watched the structure with folded arms. ''I'm still praying,'' he said.

And even worse, the Universal 3 minute Warning that is Always given prior to any Implsoion here in the USA was Silent today. No warning just Boom! People were scrambling as they showed on the live TV coverage this morning!
