As an unbiased outside consultant I would inform this man that England is one of the worst places for asses in Europe. I think the only worse place for booty in the world might be most of the Asian world including India. They have pretty much NO booty or other curves compared to other places.

He could go to Eastern or Central Europe and do better, but of course Latin America would be ideal.
