Anyone knows how to setup a secure form on a website, and/or receive online payments in Colombia?

I know (or suspect) that a few of you have sound computer and website I need to be able to set up a form where user can securely send credit card and personal information, and that I can read the info securely as well. Is that possible? Do these websites sound good for that http://www.formnut.com or http://www.web-form-buddy.com ?

Likewise is there anyway to accept online payments in a website in pesos in Colombia? (I have checked www.pagosonline.net and it seems too expensive, are there other options?)
