ANYONE EXPERIENCED USING "FREE TV" SERVICE ON THEIR COMPUTER?

Has anyone experienced using "FREE TV" service on their computer?
If so, how was is the service and technical quality?
Any advice or suggestions?

films ,tv ,doc, shows ,what ever ,then all the programs come in on the next page,just click on one and watch ,easy as that.
