that very same aircraft was "fined" or what ever it is they do for violations. a year ago.

i think it's back to the drawing board for airbus.

there's been more crashes of airbus in their short history than probably all those of boing.

it's odd that the german engineers--quite unlike themselves--don't get it right the first time.
