Cali to Pisco

Hi folks I´ve just got a job in Pisco and need to be down there in a week or so. Has anyone had any experiences / advice (especially for single women) on this route, safety-wise? I´m planning to fly Cali - Bogota, fly Bogota -Lima, then take the bus to Pisco. Can you recommend any airlines, or even places to stay along the route as I´ll have to break up the journey? Cali - how good?

Hi folks I'm moving to Cali at the end of September and have been reading up on what people have to say about it...and the general opinion is "just a city", "nice for a weekend but give it a miss otherwise", "fun but dangerous" and so on. I like to think that living there will be different and will reveal a hidden gem of a city... ...to those people who have lived / are living out there, what do you think? Volunteering / NGO work in Cali

Hi everyone I'm heading out to Cali on September 26th for at least 3-4 months and am looking to get some volunteer work while I'm out there. I'm from the UK, speak French and Spanish and am interested in the situation with internally displaced people, re-housing, community projects...
