Teaching English in Colombia - ¿On-line Resources?

Does anyone know of any good on-line sites/resources for teaching/learning English (grammar, vocabulary lists, etc). I have been using esl.about.com, but am looking for more. Sites with information regarding exams (TOEFL or the Michigan Exam) would be great.

Isla San Andrés - ¿Independence?

I am just curious to hear opinions regarding the independence of San Andrés. The natives that I spoke with told me that they wanted to break away from Colombia (and keep away from Nicaragua) and make a go of it on their own. One man suggested they would be better off to partner up with Jamacia perhaps. My Colombian friends seem to think they wouldn't be able to do so. I found it interesting that the natives of the island speak English...
