Marry in US vs. Colombia????

This topic has probably been covered a million times, but I am going to ask anyway. I am a gringo living in the U S and my novia is a Paisa, living in Medellin. We are planning to marry and live together in the US. My question is...Is it better/faster/easier to go the K-1 Visa route and marry in the US or to marry in Colombia and bring her over on a spouse Visa? Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!?
