Shenley, Bogota is a lot of fun. Once you learn how to use transmilenio everything else will work out. Cabs are very cheap in Bogota, you might want to consider taking them. I suggest that late at night you call a cab rather than just take one on the street. Some people just hail them, but I am a bit paranoid, I rather call. You can visit places like calle 93 and zona rosa (calle 82), I also recommend going to la candelaria. It's an amazing place. Actaully one of my favorites here in Bogota. You'll like it if you are into historical places. anyway, you'll have a blast. Bogota is not that different to other international cities. Just stay away from certain places late at night. If you get lost just take a transmilenio bus. Btw, be careful with your pockets in these buses, pocketpicketing happens all the time. bye. ya and enjoy

" Quisiera" is used to express " I would like" As in "Quisiera verte de nuevo" " I'd like to see you again" "Quisiera una hamburguesa" I'd like a burger" If your boss says "Quisiera un reporte en una hora" This could be a bit more imperative" but only in this context.

Spanish in CARTAGENA is difficult to understand. It's a different accent. I prefer Bogota, the weather sucks but everything else is pretty cool. I think Cali is a dangerous city. Medellin is very nice, too.

I wouldn't wear a team color shirt. It can be a little crazy. It feels really nice to go there but It can be a little crazy sometimes. In Bogota there's a lot of security. I really don't know about Barranquilla.

Stay away from Chapinero. That is a very unsafe area now! I recommend, zona rosa, 93 and candelaria.

Congo is awesome. 7 is OK to go dancing. Just go with friends. Most of Bogota is cool, just chill.

Ok, If you are asked "cuantas cuotas", this means that you an choose to pay your debt in 1- 12 installments. If you choose to do it at more than one cuota you will be charged an extra interest rate, beside the one you already have to pay for using your credit card in another country. I rather pay at 1 cuota.
