| Has traveled in: | Cartagena, Colombia from 2000-2004. I stayed each time at Hotel Barlovento which is an excelent hotel. They serve a free light morning breakfast, you just need to show a slip from the main desk before entering to eat which let's the diner know that you are a .hotel guest. The staff is very courteous and responsive. They offer a safe and some rooms have a down stairs and upstairs for a large family. Very safe location walking distance to the beach and shopping. | |
