Income requirement for K1 visa

I´ve been trying to find out what exactly is the income requirement for taking fiance to the states. Could'nt find an answer at visajourney.com. My sit. is that I collect 14600$ disability (which is permanent) ,a year and it´s non taxable.My assests are at present time, 13000$ in my checking account and 38000$ in mutual funds. where to obtain K1 visa packet?

I have been in Colombia for about two years now. My novia and I have been together for the same amount of time. I´ve decided to go back to the states and would like to take her there on a K1 but I really don´t know the first thing about the process. I guess the first thing to do is get the packet. Could someone tell me where to get it. If its the embassy ,will they send it to me or do i have to pick it up in person? ( I am here in Cali). marraige in colombia with only a passport?

i`m an american with a month left on my tourist visa,
i`m in cali .my girlfreind and i would like to get married.all i hav with me is my passport would anyone happen to know if there is anywhere here in cali that i could get married with just the passport?
i understand san andres is o.k with that but its pretty expensive to go there and bak.
