travelintom says on Jul 2, 2008, 19:41: Had a great trip in January and February from Mexico DF through CentroAmerica to Bogota for the first time and then to Barranquilla. Got el gripe in Bogota though that ruined the last two weeks and didn't get well for another two weeks back in the States with anti-biotics. Hardly saw Barranquilla at all, sick in bed. I lost 10 pounds though and couldn't spend much money. Another silver lining is that it means I'll just have to get back to Barranquilla. Golly, that town is home to not only Shakira but also Angie Cepeda. This is like a shrine town! Que les vaya bien. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
