BLACK MARKET MONEY EXCHANGE?...US $--->VENEZUELA $

I have just returned from Cucuta, Colombia...crossed the border into Venezuela and exchanged US dollars to Venezuelan $. I got a rate of 3500 to $1. Anyone got a better rate?
