Servientrega update

Yes..I know, an old topic, but some of us do use this site for information rather than for airing grievances and playing cultural or intellectual one-up. Sent a package to Servientrega in Austin, where I spoke, in English, with Cesar. I sent a package from Dallas to Austin via DHL, and Cesar sent it to Miami, then it went on to Medellin.
