My cousin married a woman from Peru and she recently attained U.S. citizenship. They think I know something about Latin America visas (haha) and are asking how long it takes to sponsor a sibling. According to the site below, I-130s from early 2001 are only now being processed. Does this sound correct, does it really take five plus years?
