tidal comments on Where can I find other foreigners to chat with?

I know of two Colombian chatrooms, but everyone speaks spanish. If you don't speak it, then there's no point. What did you want to know? You can ask here. :)

tidal comments on Engagement Traditions

I've never heard of that before...
Why don't both of you talk with each side of the family about the marriage? That's better than having you do it all.

tidal comments on my colombian wife wants to go back to colombia

let her go home How long has she been living in England? The longer she has been away from her country, the more desperate she might be to go back. Colombia is beautiful, so I can understand why she is home sick. If you want her to be happy, then you'll let her go back.

tidal comments on Question for locals

How long does it take by bus from Barranquilla to Medellin? I'll be going there later on this month and want to surprise a friend who is staying in Medellin. The cost doesn't matter to me, just the amount of time it takes to get there.

Thanks,
ericha

I don't know why the heavy mexican women think it's attractive. I think it's gross.

Fortunately, my trips to Colombia have been belly fat free. Not all women there are extremely thin, but atleast the heavier ones don't expose it as much as the mexican women.

tidal comments on Adive for a woman traveling alone in Colombia?

You really can't avoid the attention Colombian men give. It can be dangerous sometimes (depending on the area) but other than that, I think it's cute :)

I've run into plenty of guys (even ones who pass by in a car, or see me from far away) that blow kisses and what not.

Enjoy your trip to Colombia... don't worry about it.
