Best cell phone from U.S. that works in Medellin?

I was wondering what is the best cell phone service (altell, sprint, verizon, at&t ect..) to use in the U.S. that will work the best in Medllin. I'm mostly referring to using the phone on the Comcel network by actavating the phone on their system while in medellin Not using my home service while im there.
