Looking for Appartment or room in Medellin

Hi, I am looking for a new place to live in Medellin, furnished or unfurnished - but it is important it is a nice location with a good kitchen and good facitlities. I am an English guy and have been living in Medellin for 3 years now so i am looking for a long term stay price, not hotel prices! I don't mind sharing but would obviously like to me you first!
