As for the "gringo" part, I'm seriously the most racially diverse looking person that you will ever know. I was in Japan and fit in perfectly with the mountain locals, I have been mistaken for eastern indian, afgani, italian, american indian, I could easily pass for a native of any south american country.

That was seriously just the stuff that I wanted to know though, about the narcos and the street people.

I figure: Keep my mouth shut, and don't carry anything valuable.

Can anyone from Bogota tell me what kind of neighboorhood Chapinero is?
