I was in Cali for 22 days last month. I felt fairly safe but was on guard always. I loved it. I went to Periera by bus. Felt safe there too and on bus. My friend is from Colombia and was with me. (guy)And I stuck out. Young, good looking, blue eyes. I do not believe buga or Florida are controlled by FARC. Drove right through there. Obviously, I don't know that.

However, I definitely would not want my daughter to go there alone. I have no children but if I did.
