Hi everyone. I live in the US and my father lives in San Gil so my first question is: Does anyone know of any good phone cards? I bought a 75 min AT&T card and it turned out to be only 6 minutes :o(. Then I thought of sending him some things that he could try to sell there but my mom said that when she sent him a package a few years ago, the post office required him to pay for the items again. Is that true? How stupid! So I'm afraid to send him anything for fear that he has to pay to receive it. ...
