The lawsuit and Judge's Order is posted here: http://docs.justia.com/cases/federal/district- courts/pennsylvania/paedce/2:2008cv04083/281573/13/ If any of this is NOT true and Obama was indeed born in the USA then it should be no problem to show proof. Why must it be court ordered? It is suggested that do to her late term of pregnancy Obamas mother was not allowed to board the airplane because the airline feared she could have the baby in flight. After his birth ...
Well not all newbies but the Troll newbie It is not worthy anything but it tries to cause trouble, make smart ass remarks. It is worth nothing, offers nothing, supports nothing and is a nothing. It can be bought cheap and cheap is it's name. It cannot help only attempt to hurt. Talks freely about others in an worthless effort to offend them but usually does not work. Never has anything constructive to say about anything. Hopes for the days that someone will open it's worthless post and respon ...
What an interesting admission from Joe Biden, who states pretty clearly that Barack Obama’s youth and lack of experience will lead to “an international crisis.” “Mark my words,” the Democratic vice presidential nominee warned at the second of his two Seattle fundraisers Sunday. “It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We’re about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of Amer ...
By Doug Palmer WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush pressed Congress on Thursday to approve a free trade pact with Colombia, one day after Republican presidential candidate John McCain went after his Democratic opponent Barack Obama for opposing the agreement. McCain argued the pact would bolster ties with an important regional ally "helping us try to stop the flow of drugs into our country that's killing young Americans," while leveling the playing field for U.S. goods. "Fre ...
you can tell Halloween is around the corner, all the Newbies are coming out of the wall in all kinds of handles
It appears that there are a lot of newbie's that come on just as others go away. Funny, they all seem to sound alike and then a newbie answers them. Trolls anyone?
If you had a good income but do not want to be married to your apartment payment, where would you live if your in Medellin? I know the costly areas but I would love to know others opinion where it is safe and good to live in. ...
I can't help but wonder why there is not a simple bus service that runs every hour on the hour from the Airport (MDE) to a central drop off point in Medellin, and back to the airport? There seems to be enough people coming into the airport that needs a taxi or some kind of service to the city. Would a bus service that runs on the hour be asking to much or maybe not cost effective? A bus that carries at least 20 people or more with room for baggage and one charge for the trip would seem profita ...
Have the Colombians always disliked these kinds of food? Here in the USA when you think about Latino food you know it can be hot and spicy. Has it always been that way? The picante sauce I have had in Medellin is not hot but to my family it is. I would love to hear the reason behind this if there are any. I have also noticed that when we eat out there is sault on the table but rarely pepper. ...
In many post here over the years a lot of Great advice has been given to a lot of people. It often contains a lot of Sarcasm that often superseeds the subject. Some will pick up on mispelled words to make them look smart. Some live in Columbia S.C. It is a simple mistake made by many. Yet the topic becomes the mispelled word. C.O.L.O.M.B.I.A Others offer help that cannot be bought at any price because it contains experience not hearsay. Stay with these people. I hope that the new people here ...
As I set here counting the days to OCTOBER 10th I can only think about how hard it must be to retire to a land so far away. Simpler way of life, housing cost that is so much less, food that is fresh, people that are real, and a time that is like yesteryear. Oh... the pain but someone must do it right. Thanks to all for all your good advice and friendship over the last few years ...
Does anyone know if a person bound to an electric scooter chair can take it on the plane. I realize NOT IN the plane but will they stow it under the plane? This is a means to get around.
Does anyone have any knowledge of the cost of Cremation in Medellin Colombia. My mother is coming with me and she is 88. She has already paid for this in the USA but I know it will not help in Colombia. I need to know the cost of a normal cremation there. I explained to her that it won't matter to her at the time it is needed but she feels she needs to take care of it now rather then later ...
For the past few years I have been planning to retire in Medellin and marry and tutor English. This past week I retired. I cannot think of how hard it would have been for me to make such a move without all the friends I have made here. I have good information as a tool, a great attorney that will help me insure all the "T"s are crossed and the "I"s dotted. The information I received here could not have a value placed on it and the time it would have taken for me to get this on my own would have ...
I am now in need of a very nice apartment in Medellin. I am fighting the issue called Bail Bondsman. I can get anything if I had one but I do not know enough people to get that. Does anyone know who may have a good apartment, 3 plus bedrooms 3 plus bathrooms near the city and in a nice area for rent? It would be nice to find one before October 10th. Maybe without a bail bondsman? ...

I know your feelings concerning a match making site but I wonder what you think about just having the names of good and reputable agencies listed that deal with match making and the service they provide. This may help some. Who knows, it may also help close down some bad agencies and promote a positive attitude with Canada, America and other countries looking. At least it would give people a direction that would start them off with possible honest agencies. I don't know of another site that offe ...
Now that the K-1 and the K-3 visa's are now getting under control, what is the turn around time for the green cards to be issued once applied for?
Can what you do or say toward others have a major impact on a persons life? I think so. Maybe even yours who knows.
This is something that happened to me years ago is a place called Walt Disney World. In my young life I worked there in security. As the park was closing I noticed a young boy crying as he was leaving. I got down on a knee and asked him why he was crying is such a happy place. He told me that he did not get TIGGERS autograph and this was their last day there. Tiger was his f ...

Is it necessary to buy a round trip ticket for my fiance? We are planning to marry two day after she arrived in the US. I have no problem with it eitherway but would like for the sake on knowing what is the right thing to do.
I know how the State department looks at it but not going back and having a ticket seems a waste os money given the time factor involved and most tickets are no good after 1 year. Just advice please/ ...
My application was approved on April 29th. Paperwork was sent to Bogota on the 9th of May and received on the 15th. My fiance received the first packet today May 25,2005. I hope all goes well from this point on. It is moving faster then I expected but happy for it. ...
Just information and a follow up if anyone is interested. My application for the K-1 visa was sent to California from Texas, and approved in 28 days. It has been sent to Bogota now for the visa interview. The time is faster then I thought but happy for it. 34 days from receipt to the American Embassy in Bogota. I hope everyone's move this fast. The order of the package being sent to the service center is the key I am told so take the time and do it right the first time. ...
I mailed my K-1 Visa application to Texas on the 25 of March. They mailed it to California and California received it on the 31st of March. On April the 28th my application was approved. I am happy to say that sending it to California was a good thing and I hope for those of you that have done the same get the approval soon. All the papers I sent were just exactly as they asked for and a 28 day approval is great. Good luck to all. I will still be happy to assist anyone that is in the process sho ...
As of 9:40am this date, I was informed by my Congressman Joe Barton of Texas that there is a possibility that Texas will no longer be processing the K-1 visa applications but still not completely sure of this action. The good news is that Texas is sending all K-1 visa applications to California. The turn around time as I was told by phone today is 30 to 46 days and that the informatiopn on the web for work in progress is not correct dates in that it reflects some applications dated back to Augus ...

May he rest in peace. The world has truly lost a great man. God bless him and all that follow him. His shoes will be hard to fill. I am a non Catholic and my heart is hurting. He has truly touched many. ...

My K-1 is in process and I am understanding more as the days go by. SO far the process is moving very fast. The things that we needed had already been done and only had to transfer information to the correct forms.
My question now is this. Many have gone through the interview process. I would like to hear from someone that has gone through (or his or her fiance) the interview and the kind of questions that are asked by the Embassy. I have prewarned her to bring her thick skin with her. I ...
I just came back from Colombia and thought that all the trash had left the site but I see that I was wrong.
I love Colombia and soon I will have my mate here with me and I think I have a lot of information that could help many.
After seeing the mentality of the four letter word man I do not think it will be necessary. Peter, you own this site and you can control it if you desire to do so. Many of us are fairly new to this site but there are others to go to that keep some bit of co ...

Next week I will be in Cali. I will be going to at least 6 schools that I have contacted to talk about teahing. I do not have a teaching certificate but I am hoping my Masters Degree will help a little. I will be happy to share this information good or bad with all of you when I return although I would rather stay there.
I have enjoyed every moment that I have spent in Cali. I was lucky, I found my heart and soul but better then that I found my best friend there. I am a very happy man and ...
Hello, I have received many notes asking me about the special things that were on my trip to Cali. I had many but as usual I looked more then I photographed. I must tell all of you and it is only my opinion that Cali is a great place. Safe as safe can be but no different then larger cities. If you walk down the street with a lot of money in your hand alone in a dark alley after midnight then what do you think will happen DAH!
I will say that I spent time in all of the malls that I found v ...
I guess I am one of the lucky one here. I was in Cali last Thanksgiving and must tell you all that I felt as safe in Cali as I do in Dallas Texas. The people I met were friendly, kind, helpful, and seemed to go out ot their way to assist me in everything I did. It started at the airport upon my arrival, and then when I left. I do not speak Spanish very well but my wife to be does. All in all, my trip was eventful, fun and memorable. I stayed in a good hotel and was treated kindly and like family ...
On my first trip to Cali, I found a great place to stay in Cali. Secure, phone, A/C (for spoiled Americans)TV, Refer, maid service everyday and plenty of hot water and the best of all is that I had breakfast in bed everyday I was there all for $35.00 American per day. All major credit cards accepted They even carried my luggage, and had an open invitation to dine with them every day.
I would recommend thenm to anyone going to Cali. Airport pickup available but cheaper to take a taxi. ...
I am moving to Cali to live permanently and teach. I think I have a couple of solid job offers and appointments are set to see if they are what I want.
Any good advice is appreciated.
