Working in Colombia under Spouse Visa

Does anyone have experience with the Colombian Spouse visa? When I check the consulate web page, it states the visa allows multiple entries for 2 years , and allows the holder to stay for more than 6 months. Does the spouse visa allow the holder to legally work in Colombia? There is reference to providing what your future plans are (IE work contract)BTW, I have been married to a Colombiana for 4 years and we are thinking of going back again for a couple of years.
