shirly1981 comments on Order colombian pesos.... Well...... im doing Miami-bquilla and my flight arrives at 5pm so when i finish with immigration and all that stuff there it is gonna be like 7pm and i wont have time. i just dont want they to take lots of money when i change it.....

There is nothing like going back home, whatever you can get in other country, better status, money, career, job nothing is gonna change that desire to go back.....Personally i dont like bogota, i used to live there and what i have is 70% of bad memories and 30% of good ones...pollution, guys trying to sell you what they just stole, cold neighbors that dont even say good morning 'cause they think you are a robber, people that wait to sit down in a bus like for 5 mins after you get up of that chair ("'cause of the virus"), raining raining and raining, there is always somebody trying to take advantage of you, there is always gonna be a bogotano telling you know that cachacos are better than costeños anyway thats part of colombia enjoy it!!!!!!

Im sure im not gonna change, i like my culture better than american, british or any other...food, people, accent all about it and even more now that im abroad. I think there are too many divorces 'cause these guys go there and after holidays (one week) they come back saying "Ohhh im in love with a colombiana, this is my soul mate i had never felt something like that before" and in 6 months they are married with a 21 years old....what should they expect??

shirly1981 comments on British women married to Colombian men i want to go back.... i live with my partner in UK and if we want we can stay here, but i still want to go back to my country one day....It is not easy for a colombian to settle in another country, but it is not imposible as long as the other person shares the same likes with him/her, understand the culture...

Being in Bogota 4 years ago i decided to go on a blind date with a cachaco (a at #$%^%^ employee Caracol Radio Bogota) After 4 months this guy insisting me to go out with him, i decided to meet him up at Parque de la 93, ok ready for dinner the waiter gave us the menus, i was taking a look at it when this at #$%^&* said "Entonces tu eres "corroncha", y extrañas bquilla???? Fuck this stupid call me like that, i stood up, put the menu on the table and said, Listen Thanks for the dinner but im full of $#!7, i dont know what you think corroncho means but for sure im better dressed than you today. And de este caldo no olio ni el hueso for analfabeta, 1 year later he was still saying im sorry!!!

shirly1981 comments on being married to a colombian women Yes...viewpoint... there are things that you only deal with when they come out and you realize they were there, but it is with time step by step....My boyfriend is complaining all the time 'cause that im jealous, that i dont trust him, that im so offensive, that i think before telling things but were we are after 2 years and a half now?....living together and the last thing we both want is to separate, some times i say Fuck this!!! im leaving but noooo it is not easy.....and he does the same but he knows what he has got at home...

shirly1981 comments on being married to a colombian women I agree with you viewpoint.... 4 months are not enough to define if a marriage is good or not, there are some defects you have to deal with, not everything is perfect... the same happen to me with my fiance we have been living together for 1 year and a half now and things have gone from good-bad-ugly-and good again, you need to know how to deal with it your new partner....i dont have too much experience but from this relationship i have learnt how to accept people with defects and qualities and we help each other to change that part we dont like of the other.....So dont give up there gotta be something for you somewhere but dont rush...

shirly1981 comments on Opening myself up...a little bit Thats why.... i agree with those who want to live together first(including me), it is not easy to live with somebody, there is when you start to see defects and qualities for real.....the advantage for those who move together first is that if it doesnt work just package everything and leave...you would've gained experience for your next step....but being married i find it a little harder 'cause in my case i just wanna get married once....

I know thats US customs job but it still hurts when people treat you like that, it is not the first time, it happened to me in Paris, London and now in Washington..im very sensitive and it hurt me more when i had to pick up all my documents from the table and the floor...thats humiliating but then i said "THANK YOU, HAVE A GOOD DAY" that hurts more after all the drama they had there, and didnt find anything...sorry im not Maria!!!!

Knowing all my people is gonna be dancing in that hot nice curramba and me here in this Cold cold cold Swindon that is killing me, but that is life, that is love, that is a woman that loves somebody; leave everything you love to do behind for that person you decide to join your life with...........How old is she??? shirly1981 comments on Baranquilla Nightlife La troja is not the best...... place to go, it is full of drugs and thieves so look for something different, there are plenty of places to go in Mi Quilla so Canta Gallo is a good choice or any in la 79 if you just want to have some drinks....

shirly1981 comments on Driving in Barranquilla video So so so so Beautifull When we are there, everything is normal and the same for us but when you are in another country you love to see at least a piece of video like this, it is like to imagine you are there again and listening the noise, vallenato, people screaming, Buses of F1 then you love all those things...... and yes Malambo is mmmmmmm not that bad jejejejej something true about the road to Barranquilla is that if you dont want your guest to go back to the airport and take a plane back to his/her country cover his/her eyes when crossing through Soledad.........

What some of you say is right there are lots of communities in USA's cities and there are lots of latins, koreans, or chineses everywhere in the city you live but it is still a problem not to communicate properly, 'cause in a way you have to speak the language everyday, if you dont want to depend of a translator (husband-wife) all the time. I think there gotta be something else to get in a relationship in that situation, somebody say that it is the laguage of love but how can you buy a box of tampons by yourself speaking the language of love in the store, people need to be independent, need to work to get their own things or are women and men from colombian living of their husband or wife's pocket?? and about the arguement let me tell you guys that it is neccessary to speak the language too, so you understand what your partner is telling you, and try to give a solution to that problem........ about me thanks God that i speak English 'cause everytime my guy is arguing with me and is really upset and start telling me at #$%&8 ! at #$%^&*( ! at #$%^&*( ! at #$%^&*() ! at #$%^&*() i already know what to answer the same things at #$%&8 ! at #$%^&*( ! at #$%^&*( ! at #$%^&*() ! at #$%^&*() but at the end i add it Todo lo que digas te rechina jejejjeje

I went to south korea last year, i think it was in April it is very nice i had a really good time there dancing salsa with koreanos and i was like a colombian queen there jejejejej at the beginning they though i was from filinas or something like that... and thanks about "pretty" The hat i got it with me when i came here...
