Next September I plan to go to Colombia for one year time to study the language. Yet, I have been experiencing some problems when trying to find an open flight ticket... Does anyone know what airlines are selling them from Europe to Colombia? Obviously, I can`t get them on the internet as an ordinary return ticket. Since the date of my return is further than the dates they are offering even now, I can`t use this option and need an open return ticket.

I plan to study spanish and live in Medellin and was doing some research on various Airpasses within Latin America. Unfortunatelly, it seems that there are almost no flights from Medellin using these airpasses while Bogota is well covered...
Does anyone have an experience with these or which one you think offers the best value? It seems that I would be better off living in Bogota when it comes to this but I would really love to live in Medellin... any advice? ...
