Hey Tanya! I have been to Mexico and loved it. My first time was to Cozumel and then to Playa del Carmen. I have been back to Playa a number of times since. My husband and I fell in love with Playa after our first trip there. I don't know what you are looking for exactly but in a nut shell..... great people, great restaurants and shopping, lots of variety for site seeing stuff, scuba diving, beautiful beaches.... we stumbled across a wonderful little hotel that as it turns out is owned by a couple of Canadians that I would not hesitate in recommending.
