Hello,
I would appreciate information regarding the following situation. A friend of mine from Colombia was in the states in 2003/2004. He lost his passport before he left and had to renew it in Houston. His passport is good until 2014 and visa is good until 2008. However, he only has a foto-copy of his visa. He has a S.S. number. He would like to return to the states for a visit. Will he be able to travel out of Colombia with only a foto-copy of his visa? Thanks in advance f ...
