Need lots of advise... Hi there, i am colombian girl who has been living in london for most of my life but now decided to move to cali for a year..Any ideas as to what to do about a job? i want to teach english. It's the british council helpful?.

Thanks for your reply! Well....to be honest, i've much rather be in north just because i have relatives in " la merced, vipasa etc ", i remember that when we lived in Cali, we were in a place called " las quintas de don simon "...it was lovely down there!..( i don't think i can re-settle there, too many memories!..oops

Thanks! Well...relatives! i am ever so glad that i have a lovely " big" family there who are all well excited of me going back!, however they somehow still see me as a " little girl"..and don't know for sure the outcome of wherever means " helping re-settle!...but hey! i am prepare to give it a go!

Can we just do something better with our time!!! Don't people have nothing better to do than to make comments like this?...why dont we worry or do something about things like child poverty, racism, bullying, war....??? instead of worrying on how to call ourselves or wether this makes people unconfortable?...
Colombians are Colombians...!!! Not matter what we call ourselves...and Americans are Americans!....Come on guys, ...we are all from the same place...THE UNIVERSE!
