Oh c'mon Chorizo is delish... but comparing it to the gross English meat pies from Sweeny Todd, now that extremely absurd, and gross!! You can just keep buying the Spanish or Italian you like. But in Colombia, eat Colombian (not a person)! I recommend you try the Zenu brand of chorizos, they are really good and are cartilage free.
