Leticia and Beyond

Heading of to Leticia and beyond for a couple of months and am interested to hear from those who have done any jungle tours either side of the boarders.

Visas - Advice from Colombians Please

any Colobians got advice on visas to Europe

My girlfriend wants to come and visit me in the UK. All cheap flights are through Madrid. Does that mean she will require a visa for Spain as well. I

If she applies for a Uk visa will that cover other European Countries (EU) or does she need to apply for a separate visa one for each country.

Also roughly how long do these visa take to get.

Looking for some info from those in the Know

Firstly, as a Uk national when does the six month entitlement to staying in Colombia begin. Is it calculated on a annual basis or from the date of your last entry stamp. I am having lots of conflicting advice regarding this. ( I first entred on the 24 Feb 06 then re-enterd on the 14March 06)

Travel to Brasil from Colombia

Hi There,

Just had a great time in Colombia and I´m looking to get over to Salvador in Brasil. The quotes I´m getting for flights are horrendous at the moment and I´m wondering if there are any cheap flights running this route or if it is cheaper to fly somewhere else in Brasil.

I will also consider going to a neighbouring country if it cheapens things up as most of the quotes are in $700+ region, ouch...

Accomodation Bogota

landing in Bogotoa on 24th Feb (fri) and need a night accomodation before heading off to Barranquilla the following day.

After single room (not dorm ). Have tried the platypus which was recomended to me but they have nothing (this is the kind i am after) any ideas?
