International Bank Fees

Some time ago there was a thread about getting money from the US to Colombia. I posted a comment complaining about my US bank charging international transfer fees and 'not our ATM' fees for withdrawals here in Colombia. Renew Spousal Visa

Per a previous post, I have all the information needed to renew the visa. However, I was told by MRE that I must first go to Notaria Primera to get a copy of the Colombian marriage certificate. Well, my weak mind didn't think to ask WHERE the notary is. And since it took redialing for an hour and a half to get someone to answer the phone at MRE, I am asking here if someone knows where the notary is. Renew Spouse Visa

Hi. I have been living in Pereira for the last 15 months, and my spouse visa will expire Nov.1. Went to DAS today, and they said I will have to go to Bogota to renew it. That's OK, since I am also retired and have nothing else to do (??). If anyone can help with a few questions, I would appreciate it.
