thanks for the advice and comments yes, i know the south is dangerous, and that´s why i live in the NORTH, and while i don´t speak any spanish, i guess i should still be entitled to go to a doctor if i need one? i suppose if no one travelled to another country unless he spoke the language, a lot of airlines would be folding pretty fast. but, thanks to the people who did message me and give some good advice--very helpful.
