I am living in Chapinero right now, and they are all over the place. I can't remember all of the names, but I have seen reggae clubs, metal clubs, and punk clubs all within five or ten minutes of my house. Usually they are on or just off the Septima, in the fifties block of calles. JackAss Bar is pretty cool, which is on Cra 16 with 80, but that whole part of town is a little too uptight for my tastes. Mostly it has been a matter of walking around on a Friday night and seeing what's happening. Also this site sometimes helps....
