As far as the girls outfits I like em and I´m not gonna change them much. Probably gonna add some Buffalo Wings since I know at least I love em. Got some other suprise changes in store too that I hope will make it much more fun to be there.

The price? It wasn´t for sale. The transfer of ownership was a personal favor between me and a good friend.

GringoDiego you could walk from the Intercontinental I know I have but if you´re new to the city a taxi will cost you 3500 pesos max. Remember to give me a call and let me know when you´re gonna visit!

Cali gym I go to Rodrigo Duque´s gym on Avenida Sexta and Calle 30 close to ChipiChapi mall. It is only 46mil monthly and there are great people there. Very friendly and helpful. Its clean and has plenty of equipment and classes. That is my reccomendation in Cali. Give em a try!

Olympico is a dump I stopped by Olympico today and it's pretty low-class. Now I have to make the decision to pay the extra bucks for the nicer gym or just bite the bullet and concentrate on lifting the weight instead of the crappy surroundings...

Gyms JAJA funny you mentioned gyms. My apartment is right next to Casa de Cerveza and I went looking for a gym the first day I got here (yesterday) and found one called Escandinavia. It was OK... lots of equipment (3 floors) but they wanted 85,000COP/month. I lost weight running away from the building!

I'll check out Olympico today and let you guys know how it looks.

Cartegena I only mention Cartagena because in my web searches for bariatric surgery in Colombia only one case kept coming up: Argentine soccer star Maradona had his very public/famous bariatric surgery done in Cartagena.

loved Bogota, Cali next! I'm moving from Miami to Colombia. Lived 30 years in NYC, 7 in Miami and now I'm making the real move to find happiness! I'll be posting more and more after my move next month.

I loved your story... you gotta practice staying calm around the hotties (I am guessing that's what "calenas" means). We Bronx boys learn young to keep our fear and shock well undercover. I always look cool but deadly.

Anyway my question was where is this store with the calenas? I'm bout to go try some cologne when I return to the COL.
